“EREEN 88” MOBILE APPLICATION TERMS OF SERVICE

ONE. COMMON GROUNDS

1. These terms of service govern the ordering of goods from the People's Republic of China using the “Ereen 88” application, the transportation and delivery of ordered goods, and the placement of goods in the application.
2. Terms used in the Terms of Service shall have the meanings set forth below. It includes:

2.1  "User" means a citizen or legal entity who receives services based on the acceptance of the “Ereen 88” application terms of service;

2.2  "Supplier" means a legal entity of the People's Republic of China that supplies the goods ordered by the Customer;

2.3  "Service Provider" means the legal entity responsible for the “Ereen 88” application;

2.4  "Carrier" means a citizen or legal entity that provides goods transportation services;

3. These terms of service shall be an agreement with legal consequences to determine the rights, duties and responsibilities of the parties related to ordering products selected by the user through the "Ereen 88" application, transportation and delivery of ordered products, payment, and placement of products in the application.

TWO. TERMS OF SERVICE

1. The user logs into the application, creates his account and has the right to order products.
2. After the supplier creates his account in the application and pays the appropriate fee, the right to sell the goods is created.
3. The user and the supplier are responsible not to share the login name and password of the application to others, and the user is fully responsible for any related risks.
4. The user and supplier are fully responsible for the accuracy and reality of their information, and the service provider is responsible for the security and confidentiality of the user's information.

THREE. PAYMENT

1. The order is confirmed when the customer pays the product price, brokerage fee, transaction fee and shipping fee in full.
2. The user shall transfer the payment for the goods to the official account of the service provider posted in the application, and the service provider shall not be responsible for any damages caused by transferring to an unofficial account or paying in cash.

FOUR. RETURN OF GOODS

1. Products arriving in Mongolia shall be resolved according to the supplier's product return procedure.
2. Costs such as transportation, fines, and taxes related to the return of the goods shall be fully borne by the person, depending on whether it was caused by the fault of the party.
3. The return of goods may be extended indefinitely or become impossible to return due to public holidays, customs, or unforeseen force majeure.
4. In the case of a return due to damage caused during transportation, only the amount of the ordered goods will be refunded minus the fee for the service used by the application and the international transaction fee.

FIVE. DELIVERY

1. The carrier shall provide the service of delivering ordered goods in Ulaanbaatar city and rural areas according to the customer's order.
2. When placing an order, the customer will be informed whether he will receive delivery service, and the delivery price will be determined depending on the location of the delivery location and will be added to the order payment.

SIX. RESPONSIBILITY

1. The service provider is not responsible for issues related to the quality and other parameters of the goods ordered by the customer, so the supplier is fully responsible for the issues related to the quality and other parameters of the goods.
2. The customer is fully responsible for the issues related to the choice of goods and the accuracy of the order.
3. The supplier is fully responsible for the quality of the goods and the accuracy of the information posted in the application, and the supplier is fully responsible for any risk arising from it.
4. The at-fault party shall be fully responsible for any damages resulting from failure to perform or improper performance of obligations under these Terms of Service.
